When your portal contains entitlements for ArcGIS Pro and other premium apps, the Manage Licenses page of the portal website contains two tabs: ArcGIS Pro and Additional Products. You purchase and import entitlements for these apps into your portal, and provision individual licenses to portal members. Premium apps are licensed separately from ArcGIS Enterprise.
